Virginia requires committees to retain contributor information. Contributors whose cumulative total exceeds $100 are itemized on public campaign-finance reports. This static site does not save the form; the record is sent with the PayPal transaction.

Campaign-finance handling

The campaign treasurer must report the full contribution amount and separately report PayPal processing fees. PayPal must be configured to release campaign contributions to the designated Friends of Ozan Duran campaign depository, not a personal bank account.
